「音楽の日2020」はTBSが2011年から放送している夏の音楽特番の第10回放送にあたる。

2020年7月18日（土）14:00～23:18に全国ネットで放送された。

「音楽の日」はTBSが2011年から放送している夏の音楽特番。東日本大震災を機に「歌で日本を元気にする」ことをテーマとして毎年7月頃に長時間の生放送音楽特番として放送が行われる。放送年によってバラツキはあるが、概ね10時間以上という長時間の生放送という特徴を持つ。この記事では2022年7月16日放送のTBS「音楽の日（第13回）」における出演者情報や出演アーティスト・歌唱曲・タイムテーブルに関する情報をまとめている。午後2時から夜10時までの約8時間の生放送で、総勢60組以上のアーティストが出演し歌やパフォーマンスを披露。また放送日当日、本放送に先立って一部地域では、12:44（または13:00）～14:00まで「もうすぐ音楽の日」を放送する。総合司会は当初、恒例の中居正広＆安住紳一郎アナが予定されていたが、放送当日に中居正広が急性虫垂炎で入院したため江藤愛アナが代役となった。
