「緊急生放送!FNS音楽特別番組 春は必ず来る」はフジテレビ系列の音楽特番。

本来であれば2020年3月21日（土）19:00～22:00はフィギュアスケートの世界選手権を放送予定だった。
しかし新型コロナウィルスによる各種イベントの自粛によりフィギュアスケートも大会を中止。

放送予定だった同時間帯の代替番組として急遽編成された番組が緊急特別企画「春くるプロジェクト」第3弾にあたる「緊急生放送!FNS音楽特別番組 春は必ず来る」。

番組の趣旨は「コロナウィルスの影響でイベントが軒並み中止されている現状に対し、多くの人にエンターテインメントを届けたい」というものである。
